With over a decade of experience in partnership management, Penny Conway has honed her skills leading partner go-to-market projects across revenue, marketing, and enablement to onboard, activate, and grow strategic partnerships. Her expertise includes managing major technology partnerships like Microsoft and HP where she successfully supported new program, product and service offerings in the IT reseller channel. Currently, as the Senior Manager for Global Partner Marketing at G-P, Penny is the Global Programs Office Lead, centralizing partner marketing programs, incentives, tools, and reporting to effectively scale with a growing global partner ecosystem.

Dave is a successful tech entrepreneur with 5 exits under his belt. Having started his career at Intel Corporation as a Product Manager, Dave has now run marketing as CMO at 7 successive companies, and always has as his top priority a focus on demand generation, working closely with sales teams to hit revenue growth targets. He counts as his top skill the recruitment and retention of amazingly high performing marketing teams. Born and raised in Boston, Dave has lived in the UK, South Africa, the Middle East, and all over the US, and now resides in Utah and Montana.
Brad Pace
COO, Impartner
Brad Pace joined Impartner in 2016, and as Chief Operating Officer, is accountable for ensuring that Impartner customers benefit from Impartner’s channel management solutions, sales operations and acquisition integration. Before joining Impartner, Pace held a number of executive sales, customer service and analytics roles at EMC, most recently servicing as senior director of customer service support analytics and global director of customer service for EMC’s multi-billion-dollar backup and recovery division. Pace has also held leadership positions in the management consulting industry for A.T. Kearney.
Trevor Burnett

Trevor Burnett is the Head of Product Marketing at Impartner. Burnett has over 15 years of experience in the partnerships space. Over the years, he has built both technical and business acumen as he's done everything from building partner portals himself to strategizing how to solve partnership problems through technology with hundreds of companies. He's also the host of Impartner's popular MasterClass series, in which he talks about the latest trends and tech in ecosystems.

Mike Kirby is the Sr. Director of Partner Strategy and Growth at Impartner. Kirby is a growth-oriented and results-driven partnerships leader with a talent for cultivating collaborative partnerships that drive partner channel program success. A dynamic sales executive, he has a passion for building high-performing teams based on trust and customer-first culture. Kirby is a KPI-building mastermind, tracking metrics to ensure that objectives are achieved and exceeded. With his proven track record of exceeding quotas, growing sales, and expanding pipelines, Kirby is a leader who has built a reputation as a trailblazer in his field. He is an experienced and well-trained mentor, coach, and recruiter who is effective at building and managing relationships with both B2B and B2C clients. Kirby has extensive leadership and volunteer experience in local business organizations, including United Way of Salt Lake and the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce.

As Managing Director of Strategic Startups at Microsoft, Juhi built and grew Pegasus, Microsoft's flagship program for high-growth VC-backed startups. Her team enabled companies to leverage Microsoft’s cloud platforms and sales channels to optimize their business operations and accelerate their growth through co-selling with Microsoft. She has worked with hundreds of Microsoft partners, spanning startups and SMB to mid-market and enterprise businesses. Her work with partners earner her multiple Microsoft internal awards and a reputation as a business builder and partner champion. Her other roles at Microsoft included developing and overseeing Microsoft’s ISV Financial Services and Insurance partnerships motion across the US, enabling fintechs and enterprises to grow their businesses on Microsoft’s cloud platforms.
Sam Iverson
Sr. Director Digital Operations, Rectangle Health
Sam Iverson currently serves as the Senior Director of Digital Operations at Rectangle Health, a position held since October 2019, with prior roles including Director of Digital Operations and Director of Sales Enablement. Before joining Rectangle Health, Sam Iverson gained experience at Brady Corporation from July 2013 to October 2019 as a Sales Manager and Manager of Sales/Pricing Enablement for WPS Americas. Earlier career experience includes the role of OB/IB Sales Lead at Seton Identification Products from October 2008 to July 2013. Sam Iverson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Eastern Connecticut State University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
