Launched in 2011, Mambu fast-tracks the design and build of nearly any type of financial offering for banks of all sizes, lenders, fintech, retailers, telcos, and more. Challenge Mambu was struggling to manage their partner relationships effectively. They had no clear process for registering leads, no structured enablement or marketing capability, and limited visibility into how partners were contributing to revenue. This caused frustration among partner managers, finance, legal, and sales teams. Each region was operating differently, and there wasn't a clear, single point of contact for partners on inquiries and other concerns. Additionally, Mambu's partner management was largely manual and lacked measurable metrics. Partner enablement was sporadic, and assets were often sent via email rather than a centralized platform.
