Launched in 2011, Mambu fast-tracks the design and build of nearly any type of financial offering for banks of all sizes, lenders, fintech, retailers, telcos, and more. Their unique composable approach means that independent components, systems, and connectors can be assembled in any configuration to meet business needs and end-user demands. Mambu has 900 employees that support 250 customers in over 65 countries — including Western Union, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, N26, BancoEstado, OakNorth, Raiffeisen Bank, ABN AMRO, Bank Islam, and Orange Bank. Challenge Mambu was struggling to manage their partner relationships effectively. They had no clear process for registering leads, no structured enablement or marketing capability, and limited visibility into how partners were contributing to revenue. This caused frustration among partner managers, finance, legal, and sales teams. Each region was operating differently, and there wasn't a clear, single point of contact for partners on inquiries and other concerns. Additionally, Mambu's partner management was largely manual and lacked measurable metrics. Partner enablement was sporadic, and assets were often sent via email rather than a centralized platform. Without a streamlined system in place, it was difficult to grow partnerships and measure success. Mambu wanted more structure, rigor, and efficiency in everything related to partner management and operations. Solution Mambu wanted a tool that would provide a best-in-class solution for its partnerships.
