Challenge Recently launched, SoSafe's original partner portal was not meeting their expectations, and was not fully integrated with their CRM. Subsequently, team members had to jump back to the portal to approve, then sync it. This manual process took hours, and led to time-consuming errors and mistakes that needed fixing.
