Ensure all tools, access, and support systems are ready for the Partner Manager's first day.
Secure access to PRM/Partner Portal, CRM, Reporting Dashboards, and
Communication Tools (Slack, Teams, etc.)
Assign onboarding mentor or buddy within the Partner Team
Review Partner Program Overview Deck and Organizational Chart
Schedule introductory meetings with key leaders (Sales, Product, Marketing,
Enablement)
Provide the 90-Day Plan document and expectations overview
SECTION 2: Days 1-30 | Immerse & Learn (The Foundation)
Goal: Build a deep understanding of the company's products, partner systems, and
internal alignment.
Secure logins for all key systems (PRM/Portal, CRM, Reporting)
Complete mandatory product trainings and solution certifications
Review the Partner Agreement, incentive structure, and compliance requirements
Navigate the Partner Portal as a partner: submit a test deal, access content, and
request Market Development Funds (MDF)
