Having all the information in one central location simplified and speeded up the process for partners to engage with PFU, and partners could clearly see the benefits and improvements to their sales. From having a complex system that was difficult to navigate and communicate through, PFU now has an organized, well-structured, easy-to-use platform that facilitates better communication between PFU's internal channel marketing team and their partners. This has led to increased partner engagement with PFU, with more of them logging in to the PRM more frequently. What previously took a month – briefing their agencies and distributing promo materials – became a five minute job. PFU's partners were extremely happy with the simplicity of the platform.
