Challenge For an organization that runs on automation and AI, ComplyAdvantage was stuck managing their partner ecosystem by relying on using manual processes. From document requests to tracking deals, their partner network was managed within spreadsheets and emails. Multiple partners would request the same collateral numerous times from dierent team members, and there was no central process for easily rolling out new sales enablement materials.
