Orchestration Studio now listens for Skilljar webhook events, verifies certifications based on the user's role, and updates Impartner fields immediately at both the user and account level. The workflow eliminates inflated certification counts and ensures partner locator rankings reflect true, role-aligned achievements. This real-time validation replaced a fragile process that previously recalculated data in 15-minute batch updates, using mass updates and JavaScript logic. With Orchestration Studio, Smartsheet can run logic at the individual user level and maintain accurate metrics across its full program. Slack-Powered Collaboration Smartsheet receives three types of partner requests through Impartner: enablement, marketing, and operations. Previously, these requests generated manual Slack messages, email threads, and ad hoc tracking. Orchestration Studio now automates notifications and comment handling. When a partner or internal user submits a request, adds a comment, or updates a record, the system routes alerts to relevant Slack channels automatically. The workflow also maintains a clean, chronological comment log by appending new updates and clearing fields in the background. This keeps teams aligned without relying on email or manual follow-up. Two-Stage Solution Approval Workflow When partners submit solutions to be listed on Smartsheet's locator, the submission goes through a structured, multi-stage approval process: Step 1: Enablement review ensures the partner has required certifications for the type of solution submitted. Step 2: Marketing review verifies the messaging quality and triggers the final sync to their locator. Orchestration Studio handles each stage by routing tasks, controlling handoffs, and ensuring submissions meet criteria before publication. This replaced a process that previously required heavier manual review and inconsistent communication.
