With such a vast and diverse partner ecosystem, one of the company's biggest challenges is ensuring that partners consistently receive the right messages at the right time and in a way that's relevant to their markets in their local language. There's a constant requirement to communicate something new, whether it's product updates, events, certifications or enablement resources. The list is endless. Before implementing Impartner's News on Demand solution, partner communications were fragmented, manual and inconsistent. Each stakeholder relied on their own tools and channels, often sending Outlook emails and attachments like PDFs or word documents, resulting in duplicate or missed communications with no centralized visibility or control. Messages were typically delivered only in English, with no ability to manage translations, localization or timing across different regions. Distribution lists had to be manually recreated and refreshed for every email send, consuming significant time and resources, while tracking was limited to basic click metrics that failed to reflect true engagement. Without a dedicated partner communications function, there was no structured way to manage messaging, ensure consistency or measure effectiveness. Once Siemens established a dedicated team, the gaps became clear, highlighting the need for a scalable, centralized solution that could bring consistency, efficiency and measurable impact to partner communications. Knowing that our messages will be delivered through NoD gives our internal stakeholders the confidence that their communications will reach the right audience and have the best chance at achieving the desired impact. The platform's efficiency and ability to streamline communications have been game- changers for our organization." Robert Lyons, Global Partner Communications Manager
