Automate, track, and reward partner success with Partner Competencies
Partner Competencies allows you to create and assign achievements of various types to your partner accounts. As you configure each competency, choose an associated badge that is awarded upon attainment. Partner competency records can be used to segment content, trigger workflows, create Business Planning metrics, generate rewards, be listed as requirements or benefits for program compliance, and be displayed on Partner Marketplace listings. Deploy the Partner Competencies feature to:
- Establish success factors
- Automate assignment of competencies for partner activities or performance metrics
- Collect and track partner claims of competencies for approval
- Promote partners who have attained competencies via badges on portal or partner marketplace
