What is a partner health score?
Partner Health Score is a composite metric used to evaluate the overall strength and engagement of a partner relationship. It combines data from sales performance, marketing participation, training activity, portal logins, and communication frequency to create a holistic view of partner vitality.
Unlike partner scoring, which focuses primarily on performance outcomes, the partner’s health score measures relationship quality and engagement trends over time. It helps partner teams proactively identify at-risk partners, prioritize enablement efforts, and strengthen collaboration before performance declines occur.
With Impartner, organizations can integrate analytics from Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and Partner Intelligence tools to monitor these signals in real time. This visibility allows for more targeted partner support and improved retention.
