What is co-marketing orchestration?
Co-marketing orchestration refers to the coordinated execution of a joint marketing campaign between two or more partners. It starts with the collaborative planning of resources, messaging, timing, and channel selection. Each partner contributes elements such as marketing assets, audiences, or budget, and all campaign aspects are aligned so that the joint effort runs smoothly, with shared responsibilities and consistent execution.
When partners execute a co-marketing campaign using orchestration, they coordinate across channels (e.g., email, social, webinars, events), agree on timing and messaging, and share performance tracking. The shared structure ensures that each partner’s activities are aligned, avoids overlap or confusion, and enables transparent measurement of results. Good orchestration helps partners launch joint campaigns more efficiently and hold a unified view of outcomes and learnings.
