What are partner signals?
Partner signals are data indicators that reveal partner activity, engagement, and intent across an organization’s partner ecosystem. These signals are gathered through digital touchpoints within a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform, such as deal registrations, portal logins, training completions, and marketing campaign participation. They’re used to measure partner health, forecast performance, and guide enablement strategies.
Examples of partner signals include:
- Frequency and quality of deal registrations or co-sell motions
- Partner portal and training engagement data
- Participation in marketing or incentive programs
By tracking partner signals, organizations gain a real-time view of which partners are most engaged, where opportunities are emerging, and how to optimize their indirect sales strategy. Advanced PRM solutions, like Impartner, help surface these insights automatically, connecting partner behavior to measurable business outcomes.
