What is ecosystem intelligence graph?
Ecosystem Intelligence Graph describes a data model in which all entities in a partner network such as partners, deals, customers, products and other relevant objects, are represented as nodes. The connections between them (such as who sold what, which partners worked together, which customers are shared) are represented as edges. This graph-based structure makes relationships and interactions explicit rather than buried inside isolated spreadsheets or siloed tables.
This model allows organizations to trace links across their partner ecosystem. For example, spotting clusters of partners that often collaborate, identifying customers shared among several partners, or surfacing overlaps in deal registrations. By making relationships visible, the graph enables deeper analysis of how partner connections, deal history and customer overlaps influence overall channel results. This helps decision makers identify collaboration or cross-sell opportunities, avoid redundancies or conflicts, and plan channel strategies based on network-wide understanding rather than limited snapshots.
