Kristine is a partner strategy and success thought leader with an in-depth understanding of the unique needs of today’s evolving, channel focused companies. The Lexington Group is a consulting firm focused on channel partner experience and driving strategy and agile execution. She guides clients to transform their go-to-market strategies for the changing business environment, including supporting recurring revenue business models and ensuring that partners serve as profitable brand and sales extensions of the vendor’s customer experience objectives.
An excellent collaborator, Kristine is adept at assisting our clients to build alignment with key stakeholders and across internal organizations to drive successful outcomes. She is an IT industry veteran in the unique position to have held numerous executive leadership roles across sales, channels, business development and marketing organizations. Previously in her career, she ran Cisco’s Worldwide Commercial Solutions team and led its Emerging Markets Commercial Sales organization responsible for a multi-billion-dollar sales theater. She also served in a variety of executive roles at Western Digital, Hitachi and SMC.
Kristine studied computer science and marketing and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University. In her free time, she enjoys travel, golf, photography and hiking the beautiful mountains of Colorado.
