EMEA Partner Experience Summit: Where Innovation Meets Collaboration

What a day! Our EMEA Partner Experience Summit, part of our Multiply ImpartnerCon World Tour, that took place in London on 19 June, was a powerful reminder of what happens when you bring leading partner minds from across EMEA together.

Our exclusive one-day event drew a full house of valued customers, partners and potential clients from across Europe. The day was packed with strategic discussions, practical insights and real-world success stories, ranging from boosting partner engagement and evolving AI-driven programs to automating partner marketing at scale. As well as some exciting roadmap reveals as the platform evolves and innovates.

Attendees especially valued the dynamic format, which combined customer-led presentations, peer discussions and lots of networking opportunities, creating an engaging and impactful experience based on genuine knowledge-sharing and proven PRM use cases.

Key Takeaways

5. Centralized PRM Delivers Scalable Impact, enhancing partner engagement and improving visibility across the ecosystem

Featured Speakers and Shared Insights

Building a Winning Partner Program with Jasper Lounio, Global Head of Channel at efficy  - Jasper’s analogy was that partnerships are like a relay race - no one wins alone. Success depends on smooth hand-offs, shared responsibility and trust. They're not just a department’s job but a company-wide effort to deliver and create seamless partner experiences. With AI accelerating partner growth, treating partners and data as teammates is how you go further, faster and win the race.

Boosting Engagement: Mambu's Journey to Impartner PX with Anthony Nonnis, Global Head of Partnerships, and Selin Bas, Partner Operations Specialist at Mambu, who shared their experience scaling partner engagement with Impartner PX™. The session focused on impact measurement and the value of a centralized PRM platform.

Shout-out to our sponsor INFUSE  and the Partnership Leaders UK chapter hosts Teddy Ludmer and Eleanor Thompson, who presented findings from the Ecosystem Compass Report. Partner Portal Health Checks

Many customer attendees took the opportunity to book a one-on-one Partner Portal Health Check with an Impartner expert during the Summit. This was an invaluable chance to assess how effectively they’re using their PRM solutions, explore underused features and discuss opportunities for enhancements.

Thank you 🙏

A heartfelt thank you to all our attendees, speakers, and panelists who brought energy, insight, and authenticity to the day - yes, even the roundtables got real. Your contributions made the event truly unforgettable.
