Traditionally, channel managers have aligned partners from the top-down – starting with their company’s end goals in mind and letting that “drip onto partners” for them to figure out how they fit into the strategy. With the world turning upside down in recent months, so has this process. In the new world order, the most successful programs will be built “from the partner up” – dramatically increasing partner effectiveness and drive revenue.
